Service Description

This service is for individuals who are not seeking Therapy or seeking to alter their life through counseling, but are seeking clarity and a better understanding on how to best move forward in any relationship or social situation (professional-personal-familial). I do not give direct advice or legal counsel, but rather help you navigate your situation through socratic questioning, motivational interviewing and active listening skills. This service is only offered over the phone and is not meant to be a long term service.
